This hotel is a great value for money, offering basic amenities and clean rooms with fairly cheap furnishings. The location, although a bit far from the city centre, is relatively close to the metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Easy booking in and checking out after booking on WWW many months prior.
Althoug hit didn't really bother me, the lady in restaurant could have done with help on the second morning as it was busy and she had trouble keeping up with the demand for food, cutlery, chine etc

I loved the fact that the hotel accepted pets (for a fee) so my husband and I could bring our Kasey in the Prague trip. The staff was extremely helpful. All spoke English (4 persons in total, 3 boys and 1 girl) which was great. We are extremely pleased that one of the front desk boys (don't know name, sorry) helped us find a non-stop veterinary clinic for our dog (small injury) on Sunday morning. Thanks a lot! Great location of the hotel, nice neighborhood right next to the o2 Arena, a shopping mall (Harfa) and a subway station. Good room, great soundproofing. Cable Internet connection available for free in our room.
Maybe the breakfast could be improved a little bit.

The hotel was conveniently located near the metro station and a mall, making it easy to get around and do some shopping. the breakfast was also quite good with a decent selection of food to choose from.
My Easter stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. the room was not well-maintained and was in dire need of an update.

Great value for the price! The rooms were surprisingly spacious and clean. The hotel was in a convenient location, just a short walk to the metro and tram which made getting around really easy. We also loved the breakfast selection. They had a variety of options and the coffee was great!
The decor is a bit outdated and some of the furnishings could use an update. Our room was a bit chilly at times and the soundproofing wasn't the best.

Very nice hotel for low price. Several minutes by walk from metro station and tram. Great place for accommodation when you're planning to visit Prague and see the city. Breakfast could be better but I think that for this price we shouldn't expect more. Hotel service is nice and helpful. Also for me important is fact that they speak English quite well.

good position if you need to sleep in Prague after a concert in the O2 Arena
poor breakfast, especially for vegetarians (cheese and meat were mixed on the same serving plate and serving cutlery were shared for cheese and meat, so I did not take cheese either)

The hotel was conveniently located next to a metro station, making it easy to travel to Prague city center. It was also away from any touristy areas, which provided a more authentic experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and varied.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Good service for good price. Staff helpful and friendly, they accepted EUR for payment. Good location, just a corner away from a tram stop and a new, big shopping center.
TV in the room could be improved, as well as the breakfast selection.

Value for money was excellent at this hotel. The prices were affordable, and considering the basic amenities and fairly cheap furnishings, it was definitely worth it. The location was also a plus as it was relatively close to the metro station, just 4 stops away from the downtown area. Despite being in a residential area which might appear rough at first sight, it turned out to be quite convenient.
The only small issue I noticed at this hotel was that the bathroom in some rooms needed improvement.

For the price of an Hostel you get to stay at a real Hotel. The room was comfortable, very clean, they have hair-dryer. Desk staff was very nice, breakfast staff so-so.
